What is "Wa?"
The Japanese word "Wa" can be translated as "Harmony" or understood as something done in a traditional Japanese style.
A candle is "rousoku." A candle made in the time-honored style using traditional Japanese craft material and methods is "warousoku."
"Wa" as harmony would be a state in which everyone knows who they are and how they fit in. "Wa" is a comfortable place to be.
The Wa Project's goal is to create a central "place" in West Central Florida to discover & experience aspects of Japanese culture in an environment that is comfortable and welcoming to all.
